I have been a certified massage therapist in California since 2019. I specialize in deep tissue therapy and relaxation blend, but also offer a variety of services like prenatal massage, gua sha facial massage, and complimentary add ons such as aromatherapy, cupping therapy, and CBD products. I believe less is more - I do not believe in a "no pain, no gain" type of massage .My bodywork style can be firm but should not have to be painful to be successful or effective. I combine my knowledge of the nervous system and a variety of massage techniques to encourage a relaxed state of being and release of muscular tension.
